Leadership. It seems that nearly everyone has something to say on the topic. A quick search on Amazon and over 230 books  have been published on the subject over the last 30 days.
Here’s why.
What makes great leadership is subjective; it’s an opinion. It also varies depending on the environment, circumstance and in fact how we are defining great leadership; shareholders will focus on results, employees on a leaders ability to inspire and so on.
As part of this blog I will also try to cut through some of the BS you read on the topic and provide you with insightful articles, books that I recommend leaders (or aspiring leaders) to read and my own thoughts on what makes great leadership, having worked with a number of good (and not so good) ones over my HR career.
